"text": "My experience with AAA Storage from the very beginning was absolutely exceptional! I first spoke with Mike, and he was phenomenal. Although he normally works at the San Antonio location, he happened to be covering the phones the day I called. I was in a tough spot—I had already rented a unit with another company, but it was located down a narrow hallway that didn’t have enough clearance for my items. It was raining, I had already rented a U-Haul, and to make matters worse, no one from the original company was available to help because it was the weekend.\n\nAs a last resort, I reached out to AAA Storage, and I’m so glad I did. They were eager to assist and made the process incredibly simple. Mike quickly connected me with Michelle, the manager of the Spring Hill location where I ended up renting. From that point forward, Michelle made everything smooth and stress-free. She took the time to explain everything clearly upfront, so I always knew what to expect and was never left in the dark. Her professionalism, kindness, and efficiency truly stood out.\n\nWhat I really appreciated about AAA Storage is that they’re local and the managers are actually available when you need them—unlike some of the big, impersonal corporate storage companies where it’s nearly impossible to get in touch with someone on-site. The entire team showed genuine understanding and care during a very hectic moment for me.\n\nI can’t say enough good things about my experience. If you're looking for a storage company that truly puts their customers first, I highly recommend AAA Storage",
