"text": "We were looking for storage for our son, who needed to move his things from his apartment, as he’s preparing to graduate from college. This location was pretty close to our home so we decided to check it out on a Saturday. We initially communicated with Angie telephonically & she was extremely professional, as well as polite. We looked at several units & settled upon a non-climate controlled unit due to its location. Angie instructed us to contact Robin on Monday to discuss establishing a contract. Upon speaking with Robin, who was also extremely professional & polite, we expressed our concerns about a possible leak & pest droppings in the corner unit we had selected. Robin informed us that the company had thoroughly sprayed that unit; however, due to its location in the corner & near the concrete wall, the problem may continue. As such, Robin offered us another unit that was climate controlled & allowed us to view the unit before establishing a contract. The unit was perfect! It was extremely clean & well lit! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for storage needs!",
