Candace is customer service oriented, friendly, approachable, thoughtful, informative, and so much more.\n\nBy the time we FINISHED OUR PAPERWORK, (because I refused to call another location after this great service), I was calling her family, lol.\n\nIf you're tired of mediocrity customer service, talking to people with an attitude for no reason, endless rings with no answers, people who are offended because you're asking them questions.... CALL CANDACE, YOU WON'T REGRET IT, SHE'S THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!","date":"2026-06-07T18:25:11.000Z","verifiedTenant":false,"featured":false,"reply":"This is the kind of review that gets printed out and put on the wall. Candice genuinely loves what she does, and it shows in every interaction. After dealing with endless rings, attitudes, and mediocre service elsewhere, finding someone who answers the phone, invites you to visit, and treats you like family is a relief. We're glad you stopped looking after that first call, Janell. Everything is very convenient, the pricing is good, and the storage units are always clean and well maintained. Candace in the office has been so sweet and helpful throughout the whole process — from helping me with pricing, showing me different units, and following up with me when needed. She made everything easy and stress-free. I definitely recommend AAA Storage, especially since they are newer and have better pricing than anyone else I looked at.
