Customer service level is the best. Haven't talked to her in the last couple of months so I'm not sure she is still there. Don't care for the payment structure. Rates seem to go up every year. If I was a new customer, I would get a cheaper rate than I'm paying now. Having been here 3+ years, I should get the better rate. Screwing your long time customers over new ones. Just the way I feel. Probably need to find a new storage unit for a whole lot less money. Just saying! Have a great day 😀",

I wanted to take the time to give her a shout out because she really helped us through the entire process, starting with her warm welcome and throughout the rental process, which was completely painless thanks to her. So thank you Amy! She is friendly, helpful, honest and goes above and beyond to make sure that you get what you are looking for. I feel confident that we picked the best one for our needs. Another thing that stands out is the cleanliness - not just in the adorable office space, or in the units, but the grounds themselves. Mind you that it is fall and we are surrounded by trees here, yet they keep the place SO clean that even my husband even commented that there were literally NO leaves on the paved areas surrounding the units. The place is impeccably clean! It is the little things that make the difference and this place has it all. Thanks Amy and ACS!",

Since I live in Pa it was a bit challenging in getting all the paper work in order and submitted. Amy was there every step of the way and communicated daily with updates. I cant thank you enough for having a employee like her. Between the two of us we were able to facilitate a new storage unit, clean up while getting insurance claimed submitted in a timely manner. Their rating did not lie! They went above and beyond to call us to make sure that we were checked in and had accesses for our initial drop off. Since their location is a bit hidden, they even walked out to the front street to waive us in so that we didn't miss the entrance!",

"text": "AC Storage on Merrimack Trail in Williamsburg, Va is great. I’ve been renting a unit from them for about a year. I have only positive things to say about the facility and Bill and Chris in the front office. They worked with me when I had to migrate from one unit to a larger unit and again when I cleaned out and checked out. They were\ncourteous, friendly and professional. Bill usually came by to check on things and to say “hello” when I stopped by my unit. I was never concerned about safety for me or my stuff with Bill’s watchful eye. They stayed in touch as appropriate and manage that facility with top notch quality. I strongly recommend this facility if you need a storage unit in the Williamsburg, Va area.",

Also, when I went to the property, Bill took me out to the units and showed me one of the units that I was interested in. Also, while on the property I noticed that it was very clean. Both Bill and Chris were very cordial and explained everything involved in renting a unit. I ended-up renting a unit and I feel confident that I made the right choice.",

This was especially nice for me as I had to make these arrangements from out of town. After we moved in they contacted us to let us know that we had not secured our storage facility properly and arranged for us to fix this. The fact that they were monitoring the facility and double checking the security of the storage rooms made me feel even better about using this place. I was so impressed with how helpful and friendly they were. They made the whole process a positive one.",

They recommended the exact size of storage, instead of trying to up-sell a larger container. They showed us a variety of units and each one was immaculately clean and fresh. The grounds are well-kept and the office is orderly and well-decorated. Bill and Chris give you the feel of a 'family-owned' business. It inspires confidence in the security of the place. The paperwork was clear and simple to do. The price was less than what we expected to pay. Overall, American Classic Self Storage is the kind of business you want to patronize.",

Always quick to help with anything I needed, answer questions, kept me advised of payment dates, etc. The storage facility grounds are kept neat and clean and the units I rented were clean and tidy when I moved in. I had no problems with pests of any kind during the the 6 months I used the facilities. Security was also excellent. Never saw anyone inside the facility that looked like they didn't belong there. I visited dozens of times over my rental period and most always ran into Bill as he patrolled the area insuring that nothing was awry. I couldn't have expected more from a storage facility. I'll use American Classic again if the need arises and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the facility to anyone.",

The units are very clean and very well maintained. The site manager was very helpful this year when we added a climate controlled unit to store our Pack fundraiser material. She was able to identify a unit and it was ready to move in when stated. Also, we had a change in leadership this year and the site manager was very helpful in changing over access to the new group.",
