The facility is very secured and monitored, but accessible when needed. Twice we erroneously left our unit unlocked. Because they actively surveil the facility we were immediately notified by phone and text of this issue. They locked our unit for us giving us the peace of mind that we did not have to urgently rush and get to our unit...knowing that it would not remain unlocked and unsecured. None of our items were stolen, touched or damaged. Although the units are outdoors they are weather protected. It was also easy to pay the monthly fee, either online, in-person or by phone during and after hours. We would highly recommend using this facility!!!",

Spoke with the manager and he was very professional and helpful .. just needed my unit right then due to moving. Would recommend the company, just confirm that your pin is working before leaving the property especially if you are in need of having a unit ASAP.",

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on your recent experience with American Classic Storage. We appreciate your kind words about our customer service and the assistance provided by our manager.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the issue with the code provided for your unit. We understand the urgency of needing a storage unit immediately, especially during a move. We appreciate your understanding and patience in communicating with our manager.
We have taken note of your suggestion to ensure that customers double-check their pin before leaving the property, particularly if they require immediate access to their unit. Also, we are instructing managers to test pin with customer. We will work on implementing measures to address this issue and minimize the occurrence of similar situations in the future.
Thank you for recommending our company, and please let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with in the future.
Best regards,
American Classic Storage

"text": "Hands-down this was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had, and that is the truth!!! I came into the building approximately 20 minutes before they closed. I was greeted by Steve. Being a new experience for me, I guess you can say I did my research, but was somewhat naïve in terms of options for storage. In addition, I’m sure I presented as somewhat overwhelmed. Steve must’ve sensed that, (great customer service- reading your customer). He immediately jumped in and asked me very specific questions to determine my needs. After making the determination, there was a small discussion about pricing. I showed him what I thought was the company’s website and pricing. Unbeknownst to me I had come to a completely different company than the company I had researched. Despite being embarrassed and flustered, Steve exemplified outstanding customer service. Instead of dismissing my service and sending me to the correct company (which was a competitor by the way), Steve assisted me with weighing my options. I arrived about 20 minutes prior to closing. The other company was not only closer to my new home but less expensive. Obviously, I was worried about not making it to the other company, despite only being about five minutes away, prior to closing. Again, Steve went above and beyond, and actually called the other company. Not only did he call on my behalf, he very clearly articulated my needs, ensured they wouldn’t close prior to assisting me, and also guided me through the process. Nothing short of amazing customer service. I’m in complete awe and definitely want to give Steve his flowers special in mind. Steve is the epitome of customer service!",

"text": "Service was good for 4 years until I encountered Steven. Steven wanted me a 5'4\" old woman to lift cardboard boxes over my head to dumpster top, that's at least 5'8\" off the ground (or more), to put boxes in dumpster that was equipped with side doors. I refused and stood my ground at his rebuttals. His attitude was filled with disdain, and that is unbecoming a front desk personnel. I had not encountered this treatment there in my 4 years of storing with this company needless to say I was startled.\nHowever, Z, and Austin are the best. They were willing to be of help any time they thought you may need help. Kindness, patience and willingness to listen to determine what help they may provide for you. This was my first storage experience and if I should need a storage again I will certainly remember this company. #512",

From the time i walked in, (having researched companies on the internet) to the time I walked out with Unit # and gate code was about 15 minutes. My research also showed that for a quality ( I/E> Safe, clean, Secure, reasonable price) storage unit company, ACS is well respected and rated. Connected by 3pm-by 6pm I was back, unloaded and gone. Highly recommended. 10x10 fit a 8x15 foot trailer full and a baby grand piano!",
