"text": "American Classic Storage is the best in Hampton Roads! They are one of the few facilities that still has regular onsite office staff available during the day. The bonus is they are also friendly & helpful. Their competitors, that don't have staff onsite looking out for things, tend to get robbed. Ask me how I know? The grounds, common areas, and hallways for internal units are well-maintained. The bathroom in the office is also very clean. I've used almost every other brand facility in the area at one time or another over the past 40+ years. American Classic is the absolute best. My only \"criticism\" is I miss my buddy, Seth, at Potters Road! The new guy is nice, but I enjoyed chatting with Seth about our families. 😊",

They are great if you ever need a place to store your belongings! I had the unit for my son because I didn't have space in my home for his things. He got an apartment now so we don't need it anymore. The monthly price is great and I recommend them!",

Elaine went the extra mile and made arrangements for us be in a position to assess our reserved unit once we knew we would be arriving to the facility after working hours. She even gave us her personal number to call her if we had any questions -- which we did! The unit was very clean. Elaine made the entire experience a great one! Highly recommend American Classic Self Storage!",

I can't say enough about Elaine and Eddie, they are a team with outstanding customer service (always a friendly hello/wave) and do anything to make your storage experience top notch. Having been with the military and many storage facilities, this has been outstanding by far, no one in the area or eastern US can compare to what the American Classic Self Storage-London Bridge location offers. I have been with the London Bridge facility for many years and wouldn't go anywhere else, The prices are great, it's clean and it's always a great experience. If you are looking for a storage facility that really cares about your personal belongings, and makes you feel welcome every time you come in, this is the place!",

When I first got the unit, Elaine personally walked me back to show it to me, and helped in showing me how to use the access key pad. Having used other storage units in the past, I have been consistently amazed with the cleanliness of this site: inside the units available, inside the buildings and outside in the common spaces. Mr and Mrs Domingo of course live on site; and the ENTIRE site is their home and it is lovely: clean and welcoming. They are always smiling, friendly, happy to see me whenever I stop by. I always feel safe when I come to move my items in/out of just come by to do some sorting and organizing my units: I have 3 that contain my worldly treasures as I transition from big house to a smaller house with less outside maintenance for me. One of my units is climate controlled: PERFECT for my most delicate possessions. I have been renting for 2 years now - come join me in the best Self Storage site in the city!\nThis review is by Jeanne Moore, Virginia Beach, VA",
