"text": "I have had the best experience with my storage. I always use this facility as a former military spouse. However what makes it the best experience is the wonderful manager Ms. Crystal Green. She is more than just a manager, she is one of the most caring individuals I have ever met. She provided both my daughter and me the best support as we moved all across the world with high frustrations and emotions. No matter the concern she just made the situation better. She makes everything okay and offers a little extra by checking in and ensuring that you are having a great experience with American Classic during your storage stay. If needed I will be back! Thanks again Ms. Green for all your genuine concern and support. We will be in touch! Tiara!",

"text": "What a nightmare.\n\nPurchased an abandoned unit at auction. It was a large unit full to the top at the door with boxes so we knew it was going to be a challenge but nothing could have prepared us for the reality of this disaster.\n\nAs mentioned large unit full to the top with boxes, no furniture, just 3000 cubic feet of boxes, totes, and bags.\n\nAnd ants, and roaches, and rats, and silverfish, and spiders. Oh and earthworms.\n\nEvery box was full of roach feces, carcasses, and eggs, many were crawling with silverfish, ants and spiders as well. The bottom of almost every single container within four feet of the ground was compromised, forcing us to transfer everything to new containers as everything simply fell through the bottom as we picked them up. I said we.. me I mean, for the level of mildew and the third rat carcass was too much for my help who promptly abandoned men to fend for myself.\n\nThe staff members we interacted with were very professional and friendly, very clear about the facility rules and we had no trouble communicating.\n\nThe earthworms were living on the rat feces and chewed up cardboard.\n\nYa.\n\nEdit: I've added 2 stars making this 3 rather than one, the prompt and direct response from the owner means a great deal, it shows the owner's genuine concern for the quality of the facility, which I will admit is unlikely fully represented by the experience I had with just one single unit, out of.. hundreds?\nAt any rate, your response is much appreciated.",
