They were always courteous and polite, accommodating and professional, and very patient and friendly with my twin sister and me who are grumpy kray kray 70 year old ladies !!! My sister has severe allergies and Asthma and a bad heart (to name just a few of her life threatening medical conditions) ... No matter how many questions we asked they we're polite and very understanding ... They spray for bugs monthly but because of my sister's medical conditions they marked our unit as a NO SPRAY and instead put down small bug poison packets on floor ... It is ALWAYS SPOTLESS there and who ever does the gardening outside their office entrance well he or she does such a BEAUTIFUL job they deserve a GOLD MEDAL ... You should see all the different Pollinators that visit their Garden !!! We joke that we are going to move in there ... Of course we are joking but that is how nice the surroundings are ... We will always use this location should we need storage again ... Thank you American Classic Storage .... Sincerely, the old lady Twins 😊😊🐞🐞",

"text": "I had a great experience at American Classic Storage. I was thankful to find an available unit in the size I needed and was originally only supposed to need it for less than a month, but things changed and they worked with me and even refunded some of the second month when I didn’t use the whole month. This was so helpful and appreciated since the whole moving process became more expensive because of issues outside of my control. The staff was friendly and the unit was easy to get to and use. Overall, a great experience! Hopefully I never need a storage unit again, but if I do, I will definitely check there first!",

"text": "American Classic Storage on East Rochambeau Drive is the perfect facility for storing things you are currently now using. It is clean, well-lit, and secure. The management is very helpful and professional. Other storage facilities are closer to my home, but I don't mind at all going the extra distance to use American Classic on East Rochambeau.",

"text": "As a college student running an environmental project, working with American Classic Self-Storage was a dream. The whole company is committed to helping its community. From the corporate level to managers of individual sites, every individual I encountered personally reached out to me and helped me make progress on my project.\n\nAs for the facilities, checking in and out of storage units was very easy, and the units themselves were clean, well-maintained, and accessible. The manager at the Rochambeau location is kind and straightforward.\n\nAfter nearly a year of working with American Classic, I have nothing but wonderful things to say. A well-run company run by compassionate and professional individuals.",

"text": "The manager of this facility, Dennis Carnahan, was the greatest person i've ever had the pleasure of doing business with in my entire life. I've had many issues come up in life; leaving the Navy, moving across the country three times, and I never had a doubt in my mind that Dennis would look after my stuff. Every single request I ever asked of him he said he would do and he honored every single one without fail. He always went out of his way to be helpful, courteous, and respectful. I would recommend this facility to everyone. The facility is clean with the option of air-conditioned or not with great prices. It's out of the way so you won't have to worry about people \"walking by\" and even if there were the entire facility is under surveillance. Five stars are not enough when judging this business that Dennis manages perfectly; you need at least ten stars.",
