With soft music playing so your do not feel like you are in a tomb. Their are plenty of trolleys to uses to move your things in and out. A broom and trash can are available to uses to clean the unit out once you are done, or needing to clean something that you may have broken when unpacking boxes. Hand trucks may be added at a latter date to help with moving larger furniture.\nWith two elevators to gain access to the upper floors. Maps of the floor plan every 10 feet or so. So you are able to find where you are and where your own unit, restrooms, or exits are located. The exits are also clearly marked with bright green signs.\nEach of the units are controlled with a electronic lock that is opened with the app that also works for the gate and sliding door. Which is a huge plus since you do not have to worry about a key. The app will also notify the main account holder if the unit is accessed and by who.\nThe unit themselves are very tall and spacious 10x10 in particular. You are able to uses all the space vertically. With sprinkler system in case of fire. Their is also fire extinguishers near the maps.\nThis location also take pest control very seriously with discrete rodent boxes located out of the way.\nWhat impressed me the most was Lamont the GM. He greeted us warmly as soon as we walked in. Checked our account to ensure everything was in order. Then walked us threw the whole processes of using the app for the gate, door, and unit.\nShowed us where everything was and how to open and closed our unit. He also showed us the security feed that is clearly shown in the front store front.\nLamont answered our questions about the outside units that are available for storing cars, or motor bikes. No RV's. And how we could easily change the unit we have now to one of these in the future when our needs change. Moving up or down a size is very easy to do. They also have specials from time to time on different unit sizes depending on the location.\nRed Rocks also has insurance for the units based on the value of the items being stored. This is a requirement to have.\nThe hours for which you are able to access your unit is also a plus. Since other companies often have times that change depending on the time of year.","date":"2025-05-09T16:34:09.000Z","verifiedTenant":false,"featured":false,"reply":"Thank you so much, Amanda!
