Only negative is I would say they are military friendly to an extent. Itās wonderful they offer the military discount but if you are PCSing at the beginning or middle of a billing cycle forget getting prorated for that month. This was shocking to hear even having your military orders made zero difference, never heard of a business doing this. My husband talked to them over a month ago and no one explained that. Had to pay for a month of the unit we only needed for a week for the next billing cycle. They claim the system will not allow pro rates adjustments. Just a heads up. Otherwise itās a clean, staff is wonderful and friendly, great facility!","date":"2026-05-25T15:17:41.000Z","verifiedTenant":false,"featured":false,"reply":"Thank you for your feedback and for trusting us over the past two years. Weāre sorry for the frustration during your PCS move. While our system currently does not allow prorated adjustments once a billing cycle begins, we understand how disappointing that must have been.

I worked with Ms. Susie who was incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. Online, I had reserved a larger unit based off the āWhat size do I need?ā tool. I received a phone call from Ms. Susie almost immediately, suggesting I come in, take a tour, and look at the unit in person to see if it was the right fit for me. First I thought this might be their way to try to upsell me, and I am not good about saying ānoā so I was nervous, lol! But, when I came in, I got the sense she genuinely wanted me to get the right size unit. She asked what I had, showed me a smaller unit, explained how I could get things to fit in there, and even offered to use her experience/expertise to help get things to fit in the smaller unit once I started moving in! She also made sure I got the best price possible by marking down my unit which had some square footage loss due to the HVAC, applying a promotion for a month free, AND applying the military discount! I felt no pressure to rent there and the leasing process was super easy and quick! I also ended up needing to move in a day earlier than I originally signed my lease for, and Ms. Susie helped me adjust my dates and got me access immediately. Iāve had a great experience at Red Rocks and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a storage facility that is friendly and fair!\n\nIn a nutshell, great things about this facility: kind and professional staff, cleanliness, reasonable access hours, keyless entry and key sharing app, free dollies to borrow, free coffee/water, free conference room for tenants to use, packing supplies on site for purchase, no hassle move out (not locked in to a contract and only 1 week notice required). 10/10 recommend!","date":"2025-10-01T13:09:23.000Z","verifiedTenant":false,"featured":false,"reply":"Thank you Kyrsten for the glowing review.
