Restored my hope for continued uses of this facility\nReserving the last star to see customer service via text message shows the same level of customer service going forward.\n\nOct 6: They have just tanked their own score.\nWhether it is a new CS person or an old one they have become unresponsive upon questions asked regarding their pricing.\nTheir pricing is not consistent \"similar to how airline prices rise as seats fill up\" even though I have rented the same unit for a long while now, and often have rented the one next to it without the \"airline pricing\".
