Farhan took the time to walk us through the different storage unit options and helped us find the best price and deal for our situation.\n\nThe staff were also extremely helpful throughout the entire process. At one point we accidentally dropped a large ceramic sink while unloading and it shattered everywhere. The team immediately helped us clean it up and even disposed of the broken pieces for us, which was a huge help during an already emotional and stressful move.\n\nGreat customer service, fair pricing, and genuinely helpful staff. I highly recommend Bluebird Self Storage Scarborough to anyone looking for reliable storage on Birchmount Avenue.",

"text": "This storage is simply the best of all the storages we saw in Toronto, its manager Farhan Kadva is a RARE GEM. Caring and generous, he treats people as he would treat family members or his friends. We have been renting here for almost 3 years and noticed that Farhan knows all his customers and remembers their names. He is very accommodating, efficient and always finds the best solution for you.\nThe Bluebird storage is modern, clean, safe, and easily accessible with a large parking. Truly, it's enjoyable to go there.\nIf you want to rent a storage unit, this one is highly recommended. Definitely, a five-star spot!",

In addition, all the storage spaces are very well arranged, and I have always found the facility clean.\nExcellent service; keep it up.\nHopefully, I will get some special discount for this long review, and since I have been their loyal customer since the opening and switch😜\nThank you!",

The facilities are heated , very new and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the manager-Farhan. He is exceptional kind, incredibly attentive, quick- responded, and always helpful for the whole process. He explained everything clearly to us and had us all set very quick. He even prepared pump trucks and dolly on the move-in day for us as all our stuff are on pallet. Besides these, he went above and beyond to give us a hand on moving the large and heavy pieces furnitures. We would not have finished the move-in without his great help! ! ! We are so appreciative of his help. Very good people there and we would highly recommed to go to them if you need storage place!",

Farhan took the time to make his me his priority. He started off by asking me open ended questions in regards to my needs for a specific unit. Even though I was adamant on what I needed, Farhan took the time to show me different units sizes to help me visualize what I really needed. I have visited a few other storage places who try to rush you in an out as quickly as possible and at no point in time did I ever feel like this with Farhan. I definitely recommend everyone to use this Storage location and to ensure they ask for Farhan specifically.... YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT. Apple Self Storage is now my go to place.",

"text": "In November I went hunting for a storage facility. I did a lot of research; calling around, comparing prices and terms and sizes. I went to see three units. I went to see this place first, then two others, and quickly returned to Apple to rent my unit.\n\nThis facility was by far the nicest of those I toured. It is impeccably clean, well lit, and very accessible. In the others you have to walk down a dark hall with motion sensor lights, and the lights have a delay before they turn on. This place has some motion sensor, and some that stay on. So it's not creepy at all.\n\nFarhan is amazing to work with, and negotiated fairly. The pricing is on par, or a little below, other places, for a much nicer facility. I'm very pleased that I found them.",
