Kelly and Likki are exceptional people to work with, and they’ve been incredibly kind and accommodating with my daughter — that alone means more than I can put into words. Their staff treats people like actual human beings — not account numbers — and that’s rare these days.\n\nThey also accept cash, which makes things so much easier for a lot of people. After a brutal experience at Sentinel Storage — cold, dismissive, refused cash, and kept increasing her bill because they wouldn’t take payment [see my Google review on Sentinel Storage] — the difference at Bluebird was night and day. Where the other place was difficult and frustrating, Bluebird was patient, respectful, and genuinely helpful from day one.\n\nIf you want a storage facility that’s clean, easy to access, and run by people who actually care, Bluebird on Quadra is the one.
