The associate I worked with , Rich, was terrific--walked me through the facility and explained the contract and how everything works in detail---very patient and accomodating.   Also, the packing materials they offer, boxes, tape, bubble wrap , locks, etc have incredibly low prices relative to the competition--buy everything you need there!!
