I've been here a few years and have had two units. The place is clean for the most part. It's definitely cleaner than a few of its competitors in the area. People unfortunately make the mess, and until the staff is onsite, that's when clean up begins, so they've always maintained well. They offer a customer bathroom, which most places do not. I only gave a fair review because I did have one unit invaded by mice. The prices fluctuate yearly in small increments which I thought was fair. I only moved out because I don't live in the area anymore. I wouldn't hesitate to rent here in the future. We dealt with Drew, who was extremely professional and has integrity; he addressed all of our questions/ concerns and made a very stressful move very easy for us.  He helped us select a spot that was so easily accessible.  The facility is new, so it is very clean, lit up, spaces are wide, and you can access the units 24/7 with a code, unlike other storages.  I would highly recommend this business as we have done significant research by calling around and reading reviews and thankfully found this facility.
