I have had the distinct pleasure of working with Penny at the Front Office, not only for myself, but my Aunt who also has Unit G11 there for 15 years. I absolutely love Penny! I was going through a horrific time with personal losses and life changing events and she treated me as though I were family. She is kind, compassionate and business savvy. She made the \"move in\" and \"move out\" experience seamless. I was so stressed because I had two small leaf piles that blew in my unit during my usage and Penny took care of it for me herself, no charge. Most importantly, because I had paid ahead through the end of 2025, she called the Accounting Office for me to have my refund direct deposited into my checking account on file, rather than make me wait to receive a check in the mail much later. Wh3n my Mom passed away on December 1, 2023, Penny was so kind to me and our entire family. My Aunt \"Joan,\" who is almost 93, loves Penny too. She affectionately refers to her as \"Joanie\" and always asks how she is doing and if there is anything she can do to help. Yes, she runs that business but, she ALWAYS, ALWAYS puts her clients first. Of all the businesses I have to close accounts with here in NJ, Penny is who I will miss the most.
