The young office assistant, Ms. Alexis Chambers, was incredibly personable, helpful, and went above and beyond by personally following up to ensure my paperwork was properly uploaded and accepted, saving me from any unnecessary charges. The facility itself is spotless, with easy access to the storage units — mine in particular was a breeze to get to — and the strong air conditioning kept everything perfectly comfortable. I also really appreciated the convenient 24/7 bathroom access and the facility’s location in a low-traffic area, which makes dropping off and picking up items so much easier. Gatekeeper Storage has truly set the standard for excellent customer care and a well-maintained facility — I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable storage!","date":"2026-06-27T17:29:54.000Z","verifiedTenant":false,"featured":false,"tags":["cleanliness","staff","access"],"sentiment":"positive"},{"id":"2062637c-ebaa-4deb-b1c7-4bbf72eac0fa","author":"C KW","avatarUrl":"https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/a/ACg8ocJBA5WWrKSDDdlQfaDrtNcvnUl9kjO79V1ZDMzN77NahUIYAwM=s64-c-rp-mo-br100","rating":4,"text":"Reasonably priced and truly a great, safe facility over the 5 years I’ve been with them. The facility (floors specifically) used to be a lot cleaner and better maintained than it is nowadays, but a million times better than U-Haul. There are more bugs now, which may be a result of the open siding above the elevators as shown in the attached photo. I think they could a trash can and could use another dolly or two as well.\n\nAlso want to give Alexis a shoutout.
