When I moved I didn’t have any items damaged by mice or rats.  I kept cubes in there and any of them that might have come in did nibble.  Do make sure you use it because no matter what mice and rats will find a way to get into all storage units.  I had my stuff there for 9 months.  The management are always very available. It took all of us by surprise when Acorn was the sole, remaining business in the area that was not 100% destroyed in the fire and that after the county gave the all clear they were open for business quickly.
