We rehabbed every unit that became vacant before re-renting them - about 15 so far. We redecorated the office. We improved water runoff drainage in front of many units to insure they remain dry. And we set about creating a friendly community of tenants. As a result, our vacancy rate dropped to 2 from 10 or so. So sorry you will soon be an ex community member. But you give us another unit to rehab and somebody out there an opportunity to join our community. It has been a pleasure helping you this year. Best to you in 2025.
