During that time I rented a climate controlled unit and a non climate controlled unit. They were both great! Very clean. I would still rent there if I wasn’t moving out of state. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Also, the prices do not increase which is a huge plus and different from any other storage facility in Virginia Beach.",

Mike, is an absolute gem - I am a native back to the days when the Jack Rabbit waved at you as you made your drive down the Blvd. When I returned to the beach after years away, and in need of a storage option, I knew that Jack Rabbit was the only way to go! Mike, the site owner/manager, made this transition of belongings so incredibly easy, and I’m pleased to be a part of the Jack Rabbit family! Thanks so much, and I am happy to do business with you!",

Mike and his team do all that they can to insure you are left with no questions upon signing their contract (the contract is very fair, and even comes with insurance coverage for your items). They also offer to email, text, or call to remind you when your monthly bill is coming up soon so you will avoid the late fee. Mike even brought us out bottles of cold water while we were moving my things into my storage unit this past May! Super nice team, super clean storage unit with no questionable odors or leaks. Very happy with my choice of Jack Rabbit at Hilltop! 5 stars for sure!!",

Penny helped explain how the storing process works and Mike not only helped me choose the right size unit for my things so I wasn't paying for more than I needed, but got me free pallets for the floor to keep my boxes dry. He was also flexible, letting me pick up the complimentary truck the night before to make my move as seemless as possible. Of all of the storage units and all of my experiences with storage facilities, this Jack Rabbit is by FAR the best, mostly due to the management.\n\nThe facility is clean, secure and well taken care of but it is the personal attention that Mike gives that makes the whole experience exemplary. Mike remembers his customers' names, is always available to answer questions and has even been known to call me personally when I have forgotten to lock my unit, or put my lock on incorrectly. He even went back to watch the video footage to make sure that my things were not tampered with when my unit was open overnight. I don't know of any other management that would put such care into how they treat and respect their customers. I really cannot say enough good things about this Jack Rabbit and its management.",
