"text": "It would be nice to have longer access hours as well as a normal billing cycle for the 1st of every month, not a 28 day cycle. Also the prepay option is not really available, its as if there is some confusion about paying in advance. Plus I still don't know if the other unit I accidentally rented in the beginning was ever credited to me, I am still suspecting not...",

Used their storage while moving from one home to another — everything fit perfectly in a 10x10 unit (three mattresses, two small sofas, a dresser, a nightstand, and lots of boxes). Everything was clear and transparent, no hidden fees or surprises, and they even let me stay a couple of extra days without charging! Very professional, kind, and easy to deal with. Highly recommend!",

I first went online to reserve a unit, and a couple days later Joe texted me to check in when id be coming to finalize everything, i went down that day and was greeted by Andrew who already knew i was coming thanks to Joe passing on the information. Signed a few papers quickly and was all good to go! He explained everything and was incredibly friendly. I received a 50% off promotion for my first 2 months, which is incredible. The storage unit is so easy to access and nice high ceilings so i could stack my bins well.\n\nHighly recommend this place and the people who manage it!",

I need a last minute locker that these guys stepped up to the plate, and have not yest dissapointed. Clean facilites inside and out. Only have one suggestion, carts to more eaisly move items down the halls, and have more discounts :! High highly reommend this place",

"text": "From the end of July, 2022 to the end of April, 2023: I rented a 10' x 10' x 30' storage unit. This was required, as I moved my personal belongings from BC to here (I was planning to relocate to Calgary, and looked like a sure-thing). Unfortunately, my townhouse renovations were delayed and the real estate listing prices in BC dropped dramatically. It was no longer feasible for me to relocate, as I would also have to dealt with a payout on my existing mortgage. Anyhow, life moves on. The staff (Carmela) were great to deal with. The location was convenient and reasonably priced (SE part of Calgary). Very clean and maintained.",

The staff member was very helpful and very kind allowing my son and I to stand inside while we wait for the Uber to come. I would recommend this place to anyone.",

"text": "Thank you! I made a mistake locking my unit. The staff replaced my lock to keep my items safe and when I showed up on a holiday Monday to get in because I didn’t know about the changed lock and the maintenance worker had to come into work to give me my new key. Great service!!",

"text": "We needed to find a self storage facilty in the calgary se foothills industrial area in a hurry. This place claims they have the lowest/cheapest :) rates in town. I called around and they do indeed have the best price. I didnt need anything fancy but the storage lockers seem good enough. A few dents in the walls didnt bother me. What more can I say, it's a storage unit.. i suppose nice friendly staff too.",

"text": "I can't believe anyone would write a negative review about this place. Ron and Diane are great staff who look after your every need. Someone wrote a comment about the free lock being bad. That just sounds fishy. When all is said and done you won't do better especially for the price.",
