"text": "Everything went very well,I drove up to the head office part in swift current, got very prompt service, got the paperwork done,then I went to the other location, actually went to the wrong location, couldn't find the unit,phoned the manager up,he answered right away and politely told me that there was another location just a little farther up the street,went and found that.\nUnit was nice and clean,easy to tell it would be secure and no worries about the weather.\nI wasn't sure how long I would need the storage unit,ended up I only needed the storage for a few days.\nI sent a message that I cleaned out the unit and didn't need it anymore,\nNo fuss,no muss,overall a very painless operation, I would recommend this operation 100%",

"text": "I needed storage unexpectedly in the later part of the day on a long weekend. When I called Sumeer was there to help me though this and had everything handled with in 20 minutes. His kindness was very appreciative. The unit was clean and the yard was spacious. Sumeer helped me with a second unit. Sumeer helped me through this experience with no stress, I was able to complete the application process and payment online and email.\nI would recommend this place 💯 percent.\nThanks again",

"text": "In February 2025 I needed a storage unit at very short notice. When I called the 1-800 number I was helped by a very nice young lady (wish I could remember her name). She was very helpful and thorough with her instructions about accessing the yard and my unit. It was winter so she even suggested that I take a shovel and ice-melt with me because she knew there could be ice/snow around the door. The yard was plowed and there was some ice in the lane but we salted around the front of my unit and it helped make it safer to access the unit.\n\nBasic furnishings from my 1-bedroom apartment fit perfectly in the 10'x10' sized unit (see photo).\n\nThe yard is surrounded by security fencing. There is a code box to enter AND exit with your private code.\n\nONE THING TO NOTE:\nMake sure to check your statement every month and watch for increases in rates, fees, etc. Be aware of how long the \"new customer deals\" are valid for so you aren't blindsided by a big increase in the rates.\n\nThe doors on some units were changed a few months back and the process was said to be very conscious of the security of your belongings. (See photos) The email notice said that anything that needed to be moved to facilitate the door change would be photographed and returned to it's place. I live in a different city so the keys for the new temporary lock were mailed to me -- I had the option to pick them up. When I was able to go check on the unit recently I was very happy to see that only a few small things were moved and everything was safe and secure.\n\nI would highly recommend this place.",

"text": "Update: they were prompt in resolving the issue.\nRented a parking spot in their yard online, paid for it, but when I got there the gate code they gave me didn’t work. They have one phone number online, a different one on their big sign in front of their gate, and yet another different one on their gate. Tried calling all three of them, they all have the automated recordings on them. Didn’t matter what I pressed, couldn’t get a human on the phone. Not impressed.",

The location is accessible and its easy to register. I did got mine set up on the kiosk and had a small issue with my payment method but got everything fixed the day after. Special thanks to Arlene and Judie whom I spoke with back in November. So yeah, this company is highly recommended. 👍",

Although the moving wasn't easy as it was not intented and weather was nasty, arlene was very patient to call us and understand the situation we are in.",
