"text": "I came to Mini Mall Storage initially because it's the closest storage area to my house and..well...the less work for me the better.\n\nMy intentions were to price around and see what the best deal was, but after talking to Tina in the Mini Mall office I decided not to bother looking any further.\n\nTina was so informative and helpful that knowing I will be able to deal with her in the future was enough of a value-add that I figured the other storage places in town weren't going to measure up no matter how lower they may be priced.\n\nNot looking forward to moving a bunch of stuff into a unit, but it's worth it to get my wife off my back about my \"hoarding\" and the piece of mind knowing when I need another unit that Tina will be there to help me.",

"text": "Left a message on the service and Tina got back to me very promptly with pricing and availability. I had to confirm acceptance with my uncle as it was his items being stored. Tina messaged me back the next morning just to follow up with me and after a few text messages we agreed on a unit. I met Tina at the office later that morning and had a wonderful experience in closing the agreement. Tina was knowledgeable and professional to a Tee. Full explanations on the unit , the rules, all the details were covered in a matter of 20 minutes. Kudos to Tina and to mini mall for their professional approach to business. Well done!",

When I returned a month later Tina then found me a second locker to make the completion of the move a lot easier. The lockers are very clean and easy to access.\nIt's nice to know that some people still care about their job, and how to treat people with courtesy and respect. Good job Tina, it was a pleasure. It's completely gated, and they have really cool tv monitors in the office, and Tina. The nice lady that works there is on watch all day with cameras. So if you read this comment and rent a locker from Tina. Find your camera nearest your locker and do something to make her laugh. Great place 5 stars",

I think she must’ve seen the look on my face when she told me the initial day one cost and she helped me out there a bit too. For a first timer getting a storage unit and having no idea what to expect or do she really helped me out and I (and my dad who’s been storing my stuff) are super appreciative of her help and so quickly! On a side note, Tina is really funny! We had a good couple of laughs during the interaction.",

Tina was able to assist with a storage unit that would be suitable for a short term thereby relieving my initial panic. "text": "I recently rented 2 storage units from Mini Mall Storage in Brandon Manitoba. I was sopleased and impressed with the assistance that Tina gave me whenever I needed help. She was always available for any questions I may have had. The 2 units 5’x10’ and 10’x20’ were clean and roomy and easy to drive around within the compound. The large doors are quite easy to open and close. High ceilings allow for lots to be stored. And the lock systems are easy to access. I purchased 2 locks from Mini Mall. The wardrobe boxes that I purchased on site held lots. I didn’t notice the pertinent packing tips on the website in time to use them but I would think they’re very helpful. I highly recommend renting storage units from Mini Mall Storage Brandon.",

Tina explained to me the security precautions taken around the facility and helped me when the cover of my car flew off by having it taped on. "text": "Hey guys. This storage facility is 100% top notch. The storage units of all sizes are super clean, weather proof and in immaculate condition. We actually rented a 10x20 and an outdoor storage spot at an excellent price. This storage facility was well lit, fully secure and has amazing staff. (Tina) was amazing! We walked in she was super nice and polite and even helped us set up the online stuff and got the best deal right there on the spot. So if you’re looking for excellent service, full security and clean storage I highly recommend you call Tina at Mini Mall Storage!",
