It would also be nice if the luxury items were all together (hard to do I know) and the commercial items were all together. The gate on Bride Private works only on occasion. It would also be nice to have something a little more technical to get in and out instead of having to get out of the vehicles every time to enter the code.",

Overall it was an excellent experience - staff were knowledgeable and helpful and even suggested cost saving options which was much appreciated. The sign up process is efficient so it doesn't take too long to get everything arranged. Based on my experience so far I would recommend MiniMallStorage in Barrhaven. Now I need to move my stuff - that is never fun!",

"text": "I needed a 10 by10 unit for short term while in-between houses and called around for prices. These ladies at Mini Mall Storage were the fastest to respond and also had the best prices! I spoke with Rachel on the phone and was greeted by Danielle in person at the Barrhaven Moodie location. Danielle was amazing and upgraded me to a 15 by 10 at NO EXTRA COST to accommodate my needs for a heated unit! That extra space made my move soo much easier and warmer in -20 Celsius weather! I can't say enough about these wonderful and professional ladies at Mini Mall Storage! Thank you Rachel and Danielle so much!\nPierre K",

Once I moved my things to Mini Mall storage, I had peace of mind. The staff is communicative and professional. They were entirely transparent about costs, and I was never charged more than I expected. The site is very secure, without being too much of a hassle for me to access. If I, or anyone I know, needs to rent a storage locker, Mini Mall will be first choice.",

"text": "I came to my spot on a terrible winter day in February. Catherine from the Barrhaven office came out from the office unprompted with a shovel and together we took turns clearing the snow. She insisted on shovelling and removed far more than 50% of the snow. I really couldn’t believe it! Absolutely amazing service and customer care! "text": "Glenda and Lawrence in the office have always been very kind, courteous, and helpful in the time we've been at Mini Mall. Much appreciated!\n\nI give 4 stars instead of 5 because prices have risen a lot, about 30% in the past two years to the point it was more cost effective for us to lease a commercial lot than continue renting. And they don't have cameras in the parking area so when we sustained damage to a truck they couldn't help us find those responsible. But those are corporate issues, which I only mention in hopes the feedback will help them improve. The front office on site has always been amazing.",

"text": "We just had the most wonderful experience with Mini Malls Barrhaven today, from our first point of contact all the way through to locking up our belongings and heading home. We were able to get a locker today with no hassle and move in immediately. When the first locker didn’t fit our stuff, the team happily took care of us and found us one to better accommodate us. Above and beyond service, the young lady working the front desk was chipping away ice and ensuring everything was smooth sailing for us. Would recommend to anyone looking for storage solutions!",

I stayed for many months, and they were great to me. Very reasonable prices. Very kind service. Glenda has been wonderful to me every time that I've called, and I really value her high-level service. The only reason I'm ending my arrangement is I no longer need the space. These folks were wonderful to me, and I really appreciated how they operated. I used the spot for business reasons, and I'd have been in a real pickle if it weren't for them. Thank you Mini Mall Storage! And, thank you, Glenda!",
