I can see the rationale since it prevents water and melting snow from getting too close to the door. Good at calling back though a day or so later.\n\nI found the gate left opened about a few times with no employees around. There were many bumps, especially at entrance, that were filled eventually. Rental fees went up twice in less than 8 months, over $13 in admin fees were also added. Fees are pro-rated when you move in but not when you move out.
