The site was very clean and inviting, the welcome as you walk through the door was a very nice change from what you get most of the time now adays. My biggest issue is that the representative behind the desk wanted all my details before I was ready to committ. I do not think you should have to give your full name, phone number and email address when you are just asking questions! I did not provide the info and the wonderful rep still gave me everything I needed. She explained to me that she was fairly new to her position, however she was super friendly and from what I can tell very knowledgeable. She answered every one of my questions and made sure I understood everything before I left. I know I came in right at the end of her work day, yet she made no efforts to rush me out the door to go home.
