"text": "I am in the process of moving and I needed to find short term storage that could hold everything, and keep it out of the cold of winter. I found Mini Mall Storage and they were able to provide me with large adjacent units inside a large temperature controlled facility. My move has not taken place yet but the manager has been very helpful and accommodating to me. The current “first month free” promotion was a big incentive for me as well.",

"text": "This storage unit is great! And Heather is wonderful to work with. The only reason I gave it a 4/5 is because of the price. The website advertises a lower price than we got but apparently it's for a unit somewhere else, not nearby. Then the price we were quoted was $75 more when we finally got the contract, after we had moved in. The extra cost was for all the additional fees. Misleading, but they gave us the first month free and the location is very close to us. It's well kept and trolleys are available for moving heavy items! Thankfully, we are only here for a short time, so the price is manageable. I do recommend this business if money is not an issue for you.",

"text": "Unfortunately they’re not open late enough for me to use their storage units after work. I didn’t realize this and i signed the contract to start renting a 10 x 10. Despite this the staff were very friendly, and they gave me my money back after I called and explained that I was unable to put my things in the storage locker.\nI can’t complain about that! Nice work mini mall",

"text": "Jodi and Wanda are both super to deal with. The building is clean, organized and friendly with ample parking. The front office we rented had a beautiful window and ample sunlight and was all inclusive for everything we needed. We enjoyed our time leasing here and would recommend it.",
