"text": "The storage units were easy to find and the worker on site was very helpful when it came to finding our unit. The one downside was the bay doors described to unload your items has only a 30 second window. We found this a hindrance when it came to unloading our items. Overall a nice place to go for easy and accessible storage.",

It was an extremely stressful time and Andrew and the team made it a Seamless experience! I had my mother passed away after getting the storage unit and in that time they were very helpful as I had so many unexpected expenses and they worked with me to allow me catch up when I fell behind which helped in this awful stressful situation . I would recommend mini mall storage to anyone !",

"text": "I thought I would respond to the previous poor rating. I have been using the facility for years and it is great! Clean, quiet, safe and secure and very convenient for me. Indoor and heated.\n\nIt is a new location that just took over from a private firm. The old place had an old and unsafe elevator. The new owners are investing in the facility and installing a new modern elevator. There are signs posted clearly stating that the elevator will be operational soon. Installing an elevator is not an overnight job!\n\nThey are open weekends, I’ve been there several times on the weekend.\n\nPersonal insurance is not mandatory. You have an option to use their in-house insurance or use your own. I opted to use my own because it was cheaper per month. The friendly staff were courteous to make the transaction.\n\nRecommended and affordable!",

"text": "Top notch place, both Ed and Tara do their best to make sure your experience is great. The storage spaces are quite large, you are able to stack your belonging quite high. Furthermore, the place is very clean and well lighted with plenty of space in the corridors. Ed maintains a great stock of locks and packing material for the customers convenience, prices are quite fair. Last but not least there is a service elevator in case your storage is on the second floor, this makes it quite convenient! Now stop reading this review and head over there....you will not be disappointed.",
