"text": "I had a completely different experience this time around, and I’m so glad I decided to give this facility another chance.\n\nWhen I first came in last September looking for storage, the gentleman working at the time unfortunately turned me off renting altogether. He didn’t seem to know what units were available or what size would best suit my needs, and I left feeling frustrated and ended up renting elsewhere for the few months I needed storage.\n\nFast forward to now, and I needed storage again. I decided to give this location another try, and I’m very happy I did.\n\nThe new lady in the office was fantastic. She was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and took the time to understand exactly what I needed. She was able to explain the available options, recommend the right unit, and made the entire process quick and easy.\n\nIt’s great to see a competent, customer-focused team of women in the office who genuinely seem to care about helping customers. The difference in service was night and day compared to my previous experience.\n\nI’m glad I gave this location a second chance and would absolutely recommend it based on the excellent service I received this time around.",

They answered all my questions, helped me when there was snow in front of my unit (even after a crazy snow storm), and are always a delight to work with. "text": "Was in need of a place to store our stuff preparing for a move. We were hooked up with an 8x20 Sea Can within minutes and for an amazing price. Containers are clean as is the facility and it’s safe and secure as it’s gated. We also love knowing that we can access our container 24/7 and can come and go as we please. Just adds a little peace of mind while we await the keys for our new place knowing that our contents are safe and secure while we wait. Thanks for the great experience Melanie! Much appreciated. We highly recommend this place.",

"text": "The rent is a bit high for the area… but I’ve had nothing but great things to say about the service I’ve received from Melanie. Very responsive and proactive in dealing with issues I’ve had. Although my visit there was short lived, I would definitely rent from here again just from the positive experience I’ve had with their staff. Hard to find a storage unit with good responsable staff!",
