"text": "I have been a customer here since December 2024 when my son and daughter-in-law moved to Sechelt from Edmonton and we needed space for their things as well as storage for our home we were staging to sell. I have had only EXCELLENT service from the different staff here - always willing to answer questions and help with my storage and moving solutions. Since moving into our new home - we have been slowly sorting and bringing things out of our storage unit. For the last few months I have been looking at a \"half full\" unit and thinking I should make some changes to save some money with a smaller unit. Took the \"plunge\" today and Murtuza was super helpful in processing a change to a smaller new unit even offering me a discount for the next few months saving me $100/month during the discount period and $60/month thereafter. I was able to make the move to the new smaller unit today! Let the savings begin.\n\nThanks Murtuza for your help and courteous service (and the free pen! )",

The on site Manager M is a professional, friendly, helpful presence and there's another easygoing conscientious maintenance man that makes the doors open like butter and keeps things clean and bright. it always feels safe in there, the gate works beautifully, no litter, a washroom and solid dry containers. I got in the gate through another customer without also had the wrong code given to them and then got stuck in there for 2 hours after I couldn't punch in the code and no one to let me out except the person that was in there thank God but otherwise quick easy painless over the phone storage",

Any minor issues or concerns were dealt with in a timely manner (neighbour locker was leaving a mess). I’ve used many a storage facility for personal & business this is one of the best.",

"text": "I have been using 2 8x20 mini mall storage units for the last couple of months. Both very clean and super easy to get stuff in and out of. The facility itself seems very secure. Rakib has been extremely helpful and responsive to my many questions and requests. Great experience. Highly recommend mini mall if you’re looking for storage.",

The facility was clean and well-maintained, particularly the front walkway, which will always welcome you with flowers, and the one-man Army Rakib was friendly and incredibly helpful. Though I found the call center a bit difficult to reach. For anyone looking for a dependable and secure storage option, I wholeheartedly endorse Minimal Storage Sechelt.",
