Clay took the time to show me my unit in person to ensure that I had enough room rented as my team of unpaid professionals (friends) waited patiently to unload.\n\nThis place is extremely clean, well laid out, simple to get in/out via the app and overall professional.",

They have a new system that doesn’t require keys, just an app to unlock the main gate and your unit when in proximity, a pretty slick system that works great.\nStaff helped me with the quick set up of the app and walked me through how the system works, it’s very intuitive, no more having to remember keys and pins to unlock gates and doors.\nThe units are clean and have sensor lighting.",

Upon entering the office I was treated with outstanding customer service. I know my things will be safe and secure as you cant enter the storage locker area unless you have a code that unlocks the gate and your locker when you arrive at it.\n\nWith that being said I recommend this storage locker place ,if you're looking for promt customer service, as well as service with a genuine smile look no further this is the place",

I had issues fitting all my stuff into the largest storage unit and reached out for help. Luckily someone had just vacated a unit and I was able to find enough extra storage. Even if they had not been able to help me I felt that every effort was made to try and help. What more could I ask for?\n100% amazing service and a state of the art facility!",

Clayton, the site manager has been so helpful, co-operative, inviting and has responded to any of my concerns with attention and care. The facility is clean, secure and they have always worked with me to keep my business here. I've worked with a few facilities in the past and nothing comes even close to the service, care and attention that site manager Clayton brings to this facility. Bring that great management alongside a modern, clean facility and you have a fantastic option for anyone looking for a storage unit short or long term. Highly recommend and give Clayton a raise! He's a huge part of the draw to this storage facility=)",

"text": "We moved from Alberta at the end of May and required a storage facility to accommodate our belongings while we were searching for a home . We ended up renting two lockers and a parking spot from the Nanaimo Mini Mall storage for 4.5 months. Clayton worked with us to ensure our rental of all three was seamless and helped us navigate the online booking . We were very impressed by the facility . It has an app you use to gain access to all applicable gates , doors and lockers . The grounds and lockers were very clean and they supply moving dollies and carts for their customers to use . Clayton was extremely attentive and helpful with any questions or concerns we had . I highly recommend this facility for anyone looking for safe and secure storage for their belongings.",

I was in a pinch and needed a same-day storage unit, not only did the owner answer right away, he was very attentive to my needs as for size/price for the unit. I got the unit, and all of my stuff in in about 4 hours!! Not to mention the owner, Clayton, is BEYOND helpful. Very kind, attentive to detail and you can tell he cares about his customers. Luckily, I don't need the unit for long, but if I ever do again, or end up recommending to someone else, I will definitely give Mini Mall Storage in Nanaimo more business!!!",

The manager, Clay, is friendly and so helpful, especially when he rescued my valuables I accidently left out overnight!\nThe unit was pest free and the temperature was perfect to keep my clothes and linens free from moisture.\nI will 100% rent again when I return to my nomadic ways.\nThanks for the space!",

I contacted a number of local facilities but once I spoke to Clay at Mini Mall Storage I stopped searching.\nI went to do paperwork with him and had a quick tour, was extremely impressed with all the buildings and the rates were reasonable.\nClay’s customer service was excellent and he was very helpful with finding the right size unit and accommodating my needs.\nEveryone that was involved in moving my items were impressed by the cleanliness, ease of access and good security.\nI’ve already recommended this facility to others and I will definitely rent another unit if I ever need one.",

I have had nothing but positive experiences with the manager of the facility, even went so far as to notify me when my unit didn't lock properly, locked it for me, and showed me how to avoid the issue in the future! A super solid A1 Storage Yard.",

We enjoyed meeting Clayton, the Manager who greeted us and kindly spent time finding us the right sized and affordable unit. Our new drive-up unit has in-floor heating, ventilation and overhead lighting. The easy phone app opens the security gate and the unit door. Clayton was terrific in setting up our phones with the app and professional in leading us through our contract and pricing. Thank you Clayton! Overall we highly recommend Mini Mall Storage.",

The facility is extremely well run, units are very clean, and access with the App is very easy to use. "text": "Exceptionally attentive and helpful service, from everyone I spoke with, especially Clayton.\n\nI posted earlier, but I have to review again. We are moving, so dates for moving our stuff are tight. We wanted to reserve our spot a few months out so we would know it would be available. Other self-storage areas in Nanaimo were vague about dates, or would not reserve. Clayton, on behalf of mini-mall storage, has really gone the extra mile. He offered us a promotional rate, which allowed us to reserve and start storing early. When it turned out that we needed more space than originally anticipated, he immediately found us a new spot. The security at Mini Mall is excellent, and is activated through a phone app. Clayton walked me through the registration process. When I was loading my stuff into my unit, Clayton helped me measure spaces to make sure bigger things would fit.\n\nI have reviewed hotels and restaurants, but I did not think I would find myself reviewing a self-storage place. But this facility is so superior: clean, secure and convenient, and Clayton's assistance at ever point made our move go so much easier.",

I was able to rent a unit online in minutes and then got a phone call from Clayton, (who’s name I read in reviews here, and can confirm he is great) he confirmed my rental and gave me instructions to get the app for access to the site on my phone. I have a small unit and can drive up to the door closest to it. There are entry points to inside at each end and one in the middle for easy access. They also keep a dolly at the door to make it easy to transport your items from your car to your storage unit. (If it is an indoor unit) The property is very clean and the overall ease to rent and to access the units and great costumer service are all top notch and I would definitely recommend.",
