The staff were excellent to work with and communication was always a 10 out of 10. "text": "The folks at Prairie Self Storage are great! I rented a unit while living abroad and the place was always secure. There was never any safety, weather or rodent issues. Prairie Self Storage gave us a competitive price with Calgary and was only a short drive away. They were always super quick to respond with any questions, like extending the contract on short notice (which wasn't a problem).",

"text": "Started our rental online, was slightly skeptical as we hadn’t talked to anyone. As soon as I finished filling out the form, we received multiple emails that were VERY informative. The night before possession of our unit, we received one final email reminding us of the unit #, gate code, monthly rate, how to pay and a reminder on how to notify of move out (when we’re ready).\nWe took possession of our unit today and couldn’t be happier. It was exactly as stated online, clean and the perfect size.\n\nWill update this review upon our move out down the road, if all goes as expected and stated in their policies, there should be no reason to consider any other storage lot.\n\nWell done, Prairie Self Storage!\n\n**UPDATE UPON MOVE OUT**\nStill nothing but great things to say about Prairie Self Storage. Easy process to notify of vacating our unit. The only picky point I would complain about is they do not prorate on move out, only move in, so we have moved out mid month but paid for the entire month - recommend moving out as close to the end of your billing cycle as possible to maximize your dollars.",

The units and grounds are very clean, and lots of room to maneuver large vehicles (we had our 34ft motorhome with us a couple of times to get stuff!). Staff very efficient & friendly and organized. "text": "Excellent customer service; clean, new units of all sizes and they're building even larger units right now. Melissa (administrator) and the owner could not have been nicer or more helpful. As it is a new facility, they didn't think we would have any issue with driving our moving truck up to our unit. The 56' truck could not drive up to the unit. They compensated us for their mistake and the customer service was excellent. Be sure to double check the truck size limitations when moving in or out. We did not have any issue with a 5 Ton truck moving out. Reasonably priced and we always felt that our stuff was safe. We would recommend this storage facility to anyone.",

We have used their facility for our business for a number of years and have had no hiccups through the entire relationship. I have had nightmare experiences with other institutions in the past and to this day am still amazed at the care the ownership and staff put into their location. You would think naturally storage facilities are dump and go and forget about it until you need it, which is exactly how the experience has been. They provide individual storage bays as well as parking in a secure compound. The facility in Aldersyde looks brand new.\nWhat I liked the most is the ease of use. When I needed some short term storage for our RV, I was able to do everything online. As soon as my application was accepted a code was sent to me and I was parked 15 minutes later. The code allows easy access whenever you need.\nI would also have to add that everybody that I’ve dealt with at Prairie has been very friendly and upbeat. I would definitely use them again, and recommend them highly.\nThank you",
