They made our transition in and our transition out as seamless as possible ... we moved into the unit under one ownership and moved out under a different ownership but did not see much of a difference in how the staff worked with us!!!",

"text": "This is all in a week this happened: They are supposed to be opened to at least get to your unit, it's locked! Though they say they are online, they aren't! Called them, no answer! And I'm only in town/state for a few more days!\n\nYesterday this woman with short dark hair was rather rude, \"We don't have dumpsters or this place would look like a dump!\"\n\nBesides all of this, it is rather a nice place to store your belongings, just prepare yourself for possible closing and not getting a response from your call!!\n\n***Update: Turns out there's another entrance, which we weren't told about, but now we know. So the front entrance is always locked on Sundays bc nobody works in the office that day.\n\nI'm still not happy how we were treated by Artis! I'm glad though others get along with her. Tracy is a complete GEM!!!\nThank you Tracy for your empathetic attitude after I explained what we're here for. (And regardless if Artis is unaware of our business, she really lacked customer service with us, for a manager!)\n\n***Yet another update,\n\nI had a really nice chat with Ardis and she really is wonderful. She helped me, assist with even just packing tape, so I didn't have to buy a new roll. That may seem little to some, but it actually made it so much easier!\nBoth Tracy AND Ardis are wonderful people, I would recommend this place in a heart beat!",

She was in the process of cleaning out a storage unit and came to the assistance of another client wanting to check out of their unit when I was standing in line to inquire about a unit. Multiple people arrived and while working on the computer still had time to greet them and tell them she would be with them as soon as possible. She was very good with customer service and with knowing what to do with the units themselves and has a handle on availability of unit sizes. She is a fantastic employee as far as I'm concerned. I rented the unit specifically because of her knowledge!! Thanks Ardis!",

She made the transition effortless. The building is clean and well lit. They have rolling carts that make the transporting of items so easy. I never worry about anything I store in my unit.",

"text": "I needed to store my kayak in a pinch and Metro Storage in Mound was able to deliver! From my first call to reviewing options in person and signing a rental agreement, my experiences with Jake and Ardis were great. They both took the time to explain options, answer questions, and ensure I understood the rental and requirements. Onsite Ardis literally walked me through spaces I asked about and even suggested one I didn't realize existed. Much appreciated as I ended up using the space she suggested. It was the end of the office day, but Ardis didn't rush me. She was very thorough, professional, positive, and easy to work with. She made the whole process worry free and easy. I recommend this location! Plus, they sell great locks for the units!",

"text": "From start to finish I have had absolutely the greatest and most professional experience with Steve and Metro Self Storage in Mound Minnesota. Due to unforeseen circumstances I found myself in an immediate need for storage. Steve was great from start to finish… he helped me with all of the paperwork and gave me a tour of the site I would be leasing and I felt comfortable and well taken care of from the very first minute. I posted this review as five stars but if I could give it 100 stars, I certainly would. Not living in Minnesota, and having to help a family member with moving and storage could have been a stressful situation, but it was not. Steve gets 10 stars! He answered all of my questions over the phone before my trip and once I arrived in Mound he made the leasing process super easy. He took the stress out of finding a storage facility. I would 100 percent recommend Metro Self Storage.",
