The office hours are also very reliable (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Mon-Sat), and the site is always clean and well-lit. "text": "Suzanne could not have been more helpful. It was sweltering outside and she patiently was able to access my unit and allow me to do what I needed to do in a very short amount of time. Mini Mall Storage is very luck to have such a dedicated, kind , hard worker on their staff. Also, my things had been in storage for over 10 years and they were in relatively very good condition!",

The call center doesn't inform you of pertinent info like late fees, locks they have available for sale and more. Plus u cant see the type of unit you're going to get. I wanted a unit with a door like a garage but got one with a regular 36x80 door. Was not informed over the phone of these details. I suggest going in person",

"text": "I just wanted to share with you guys the amazing customer service experience I received last week while the Mini Mall storage company were transitioning, one of the receptionist, I believe her name is Artina Amison, she did a great job with getting me on to autopay and even though I stressed her out with a million questions she had a great attitude and performed her job very well. I hope she stick around, we need more people like her in this crazy world.",

"text": "Denise is by far the best! I have personal storage unit at the former Danville Mini Warehouse site and I have one for my union at the original site. Denise always calls to let me know a payment is due so that I do not receive a late fee. She works it out to give discounts and is overall very helpful. I have not had any problems with my storage units and she is always right there to lend a hand. I would and have recommended Steady Storage to friends and family in need of storage space at a reasonable cost.\n\nDerrice Hightower",

"text": "I called and talked to a nice Lady named Denise. Told her I am a veteran here at the VA hospital and that I needed a small storage space until I move to North Carolina in July. I did not know exactly where the place was, but her directions were dead on. I arrived there, was promptly helped and was in my unit in no time at all. I pay monthly on my debit card via a phone call to Denise, and again am promptly helped. Thank you!\n\nTom Norman",

"text": "Had my unit for over a year now.Half the price of u haul or other storage facilities and just as nice and convenient. Always treated nice by the staff and always taken care of with my unit. Gated with keypad entry 24/7 and plenty of cameras to keep an eye on your stuff. Would highly recommend if you need a good reliable storage unit.",

"text": "First time ever needing a storage unit. Denise has always been helpful and accommodating when it has come to questions and needing information. I enjoy being able to pick up the phone and have a friendly conversation when needing an answer. My unit is well lit and very convenient to get to. The 24 hour access is a huge plus. When first arriving my storage unit was clean and again well lit. Having 24 hour access to the storage unit is a bonus for those late night searches for something.\nHaving to move very quickly and efficiently a lot of my stuff got packed and was put into storage that I needed to have easy access to, having the 24 hour access gives me that opportunity.",
