"text": "Recently moved into a climate controlled unit at this location and found the facility accommodating of my needs. The interior unit doorways I have seen are regular office doors and not traditional roll up doors like I was expecting to find, but that makes sense being that the building used to be office suites. I do want to call out that the customer service here has been phenomenal. There was a hiccup with my door pin that we were able to painlessly rectify on site, and we had to iron out a weird billing issue that I had. Tasha and Brittany kept after the problem until it was resolved. So far I have really appreciated how my experience has gone, and if you require a storage facility I fully recommend this one.",

"text": "Tasha went above and beyond with helping me navigate how to get my belongings to the facility since I have no knowledge of my surroundings as well as road restrictions. I recently moved across county and the Semi that was carrying my items was too big to make it safely to my new residence. Mini Mall Storage is across the way where I am living and found that the hours and location was exactly the convenience I needed. I'm so pleased with everything the facility has to offer from friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Clean facility in and out. Prime location as well as hours. I would recommend everyone to store with Mini Mall Storage!",

Tasha, the facility manager called me the next morning to ask if I needed help with my storage. I met with Tasha later that morning to complete paperwork. She was very professional and kind. I would recommend the Mini Mall Storage in Greencastle to anyone who is looking to store things short term or long term. They won't be sorry.",

She even showed us how to put the lock on. If you need a storage unit I highly recommend Mini Mall they are great!",
