"text": "100% recommend! This place has an easy straightforward rental policy. The facilities are clean and they provide pest control. Doug is amazing and super helpful!\n\nPS: No one “paid me for my review” as suggested in one of the poor reviews. If you’re unhappy for whatever reason, don’t discount others reviews! I did my research, called every storage place in town, and ended up here based on the quality of the facility, the price and the customer service, just like every other reviewer!",

It is a genuine desire to deliver satisfaction to someone else... in some way..\n\nThat quality comes from the heart, not training. You can't train a person to naturally think a kind thought or feel the need to help someone.\n\nDoug at the Mooresville, In. location\nis a perfect example of this type of stellar customer service.\n\nAfter visiting a competitor to inquire about renting a storage unit and finding a kiosk instead of a person, if you press help, you then are trying to communicate with someone that does not speak fluent English through a distorted speaker on the wall with questions, I was a little frustrated.\n\nDoug was very attentive! He told me they unfortunately did not have the climate control unit that I was looking for but he took it upon himself to research the Internet and find a spot for me near my location that would provide the space for my needs. I truly and greatly appreciate that!\n\nAfter all, providing great customer service isn't just about selling a customer something! It's about the memorable (or not) experience you provide and because of Dougs diligence, I will refer anybody I know needing a storage unit to this location! additionally, should my needs change and I need a non-climate controlled storage unit, I will be here to rent from Doug @ Mini Mall Storage! Please hire more people like Doug at the Mooresville Indiana location oh, and a big \"thank you\" for having him here !!",

I called ahead to let them know I'm coming in a couple weeks, they called to confirm, the day my out of state shipment arrived, I was able to phone the central office, book a unit, get a code and unload even before the office on site was open. Great customer service. I was even able to take my dog with me, let her jump out of the truck and stretch a bit while I unloaded the Semi. Even the front desk person said hi and pet my dog. Very friendly and relaxed kinda place.",
