He truly went above and beyond for me during a very stressful situation.\nDue to an unexpected issue involving autopay, my belongings were about to be sent to auction. But Greg made sure that didn't happen. Despite clearly juggling multiple roles and putting out fires left and right, he remained calm, professional and incredibly kind throughout the entire process. He surely went above and beyond to make sure that my belongings didn't go to somebody else.\nAs someone who also works in a customer facing role, I can honestly say his level of politeness, persistence and dedication really stood out. He didn't just do his job, he made absolutely sure everything got handled so I could get everything resolved in time.\nGreg's effort and care genuinely made a difference. And I'm extremely grateful for his help.",

The staff are helpful, courteous and friendly. The climate-controlled units are superb. After over a month in storage (during which there were several strong rainstorms), I was pleasantly surprised to find no water damage on any of my belongings. There were no bugs in the unit or even a stray cobweb. I strongly recommend BASS to anyone looking for a quality storage unit at a more-than-fair price.",

"text": "I have a daughter attending IU and was looking for a place to store her vehicle during the school year. I ended up renting a unit from Bloomington Affordable Self Storage for my Ford escape suv. I worked with Karen on getting things set up and I can’t say enough good things about her and the service they provided. I heard of the Hoosier hospitality when visiting IU and Karen exemplifies this… she is kind, friendly and a pleasant person to work with. When I explained to Karen why I was renting the unit she made it a point to rent me a spot upfront, well lite and by the security cameras to help make sure my daughter was safe while coming and going. She also helped make sure my daughter could pull into the unit… being a young new driver. I especially felt comfortable renting from Bloomington storage because I knew in the event my daughter ever got there and experienced car troubles Karen and the people working there could lend a hand because it’s just in their nature to help. Having a daughter attending University a long way from home it’s nice to know there are people willing to help and keep your belonging safe while in storage. I would highly recommend using Bloomington storage for your needs due to their customer service and convenient location to the IU campus.",

Karen gave me two calls back closer to my date to ensure I still intended to rent the unit. The rental process was easy and I appreciated the electronic payment reminders as well as great communication from Karen. I have 2 little boys who were fidgety and tired after long periods of travel and Karen was really kind to them and super understanding. I recommend this place without any hesitation!",

"text": "Reasonably priced, clean and secure units. Karen is an amazing sales rep- she won't try to up sell you to a unit that you don't need. She was even honest enough to suggest that I may no longer need to be using their units with what I was storing. Good, honest, local business. Uhaul located in the same building for convenience - but not of the same quality as the storage company.\n\nOnly suggestion would be that they offer a \"Loaner truck\" for renters needing to move things across town quickly without going through the hassle of U-Haul. Was told this was an insurance issue, but it would be a valuable service that many other storage facilities offer.",

"text": "We used Bloomington Self Storage for a little over a year. Karen was so helpful! We never worked with anyone else because Karen took care of everything for us! The units are clean, climate controlled and have 24hr access. We would definitely use Bloomington Self Storage again!",

"text": "Amazing service, storage units are very clean and easy to access. Karen the manager is very helpful and gave us a great deal. The maintenance man is also very knowledgeable and helpful. This place is under new management and it sure does show. The previous managers were thieves and had the place looking like a dump. Now everything is clean and up to date!",
