"text": "I appreciate the clean and well managed property. However, I was disappointed that they did not tell me I would not have 24hr access. After loading my truck to put in storage, I learned that the closed 30 minutes before I got them. Thankfully there was a live person I could speak to by phone who shared why my code was not working after hours. The representative put a note on my file that I needed 24 hr access and the next day, the onsite staff let me know that it was done. I would suggest that this facility inform renters that the site is not open 24hrs but can be done upon request. Also, I made sure I prepaid for the entire 3 months to avoid additional fees and charges that happens during peak season. Otherwise, I'm pleased with this storage facility.",

Greg was especially helpful and made everything worry free. We rent from NJ and he made the whole process feel like we were locals. We will be using this location until my son graduates from IU!",

She took the time to find us the unit that would work best for our needs, was very transparent and honest about pricing - which we greatly appreciated, and took us to see the units we were wanting to compare. While we were out she was even careful to pick up any scraps out in the lot. You can tell she takes pride in her property/lot. I feel that picking up any bits left in the lot also helps protect customers tires as they come in and out.",

The unit was very clean and spacious. We were renting the unit for our daughter and our questions were all answered concerning the size needed for her furniture. We were pleased with our experience, and we would recommend this storage facility to everyone.",

Crystal in the front office has been great and very helpful. I forgot some things, and Crystal helped me along the way and was very accommodating. This is my first time renting a storage unit, and they couldn't have made it easier for me!",

Both answered all my questions and even made recommendations to me regarding which storage facility I should use, why and what size of unit. I would highly recommend this company based on their customer service alone!",

"text": "I used Bloomington Affordable Self Storage when moving to Indiana, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The prices are reasonable and Ally (the manager in Ellettsville) was extremely friendly and easy to work with. I will definitely use them again if I need storage in the area.",
