I was unable to use the unit after all and he was very understanding about a few issues I had had.  It's a very safe location, very clean, easy to get too,  and he helped me so much to get all resolved.  Very good communication and they are working on a few minor things but I would recommend. I highly recommend this facility on Columbus-Lancaster Rd (Rt 33 close to Carroll, OH). Customer Service is a high priority and it shows!",
