She answered all of my questions and was very patient when I ended up having more! I was very upfront and told her I’m still shopping around and just wanted some answers to questions and I feel like that didn’t sway her customer service experience with me. This has been an issue at other places I’ve inquired at. She spoke to me like I was a friend and made me feel comfortable asking all my questions instead of like I was wasting her time. I will most definitely be making a trip to speak to her in person!",

"text": "Had an easy time getting a unit reserved. After an extremely long and tiring day I still needed to move some furniture. I made it to the location and was having trouble getting into the gate with my access code… I walked in the office pretty close to closing time, and everyone was friendly and helpful getting my issue fixed. It took a little while but I didn’t mind because of how friendly and professional all the staff were. In the end I got to move my stuff and everyone was great! Great people!!",
