"text": "I had a great experience with Mini Mall Storage, especially working with Nikki. She made the entire process very easy and stress-free from start to finish. She showed me multiple units so I could decide which one I liked best and took the time to answer all of my questions.\n\nNikki was very nice, easygoing, and extremely helpful throughout everything. She even called me ahead of time when she wasn’t going to be in the office so I wouldn’t waste my time driving there. That level of communication really meant a lot. On top of that, she hand-cleaned my unit herself to make sure it was ready for me to move in.\n\nExcellent customer service all around — I highly recommend Mini Mall Storage and working with Nikki!",

"text": "Initially I rented a location at the Winans Rd. location online because it was closer to where I lived. However when I went to the location, I realized it was really run down and not where I felt comfortable. I was able to move to the location on Files Rd. I was there for several years. I only moved out of the storage because I no longer needed th additional storage. While I was there to turn in my keys, I had the opportunity to meet Nicole who is a property manager and will be at the Winans location, she was very nice and genuine. She thanked me multiple times for choosing Mini Mall Storage. I think she will do an amazing job there and help it to be a facility similar to the location on Files Rd.",

"text": "Mini Mall Storage has been amazing to work with since day one! When I reserved my unit, I had issues with my contract loading and went out to the office. They weren’t even open yet but she took me in and finished everything up! She even gave me a temp code to use in case my code wasn’t programmed by the time I got there. I am cleaning my storage out tomorrow as we just moved and don’t need the storage unit anymore and speaking with them today was just as great of an experience. They really do go out of their way to help in any way they can. The unit is gated so I always felt like my belongings were safe. I was at the Winan address and never had any problems. Would absolutely recommend Mini Mall Storage!",

"text": "When I first rented this storage unit I had a problem with the lock entrance. Talked to Alexis and she said she would send someone over in about 30 minutes. Jacob and Joe were here within 15 minutes. They did an awesome job. Not only did they replace the part, they used the broom and the leaf blower to clean the floor of the unit. Thanks to Alexis, Jacob, and Joe!! Awesome team work!!! Sorry that it took me so long to post. 5-25-23.",
