I was lagging a bit in the moveout process because of work and things, so they called and asked if I still wanted to retrieve my last couple items and offered to haul it off for me if I didn't want them :) I still wanted them, so they left the boxes, but when I got there to pick them up, I discovered they had swept out the unit for me and organized my boxes neatly toward the front of the unit so I didn't have to worry about it :) very very nice and helpful people.",

The first guy was useless and offered another unit elsewhere after i put alot in storage already and nothing more.  Today August 10, 2023 i got a call from a great lady that offered my fourth month at a great discount.  Thank you so much for stepping in and taking care of your customers.   I plan to have my things there for awhile.    Thank you again you really fixed the issue and kept a happy customer.",
