The service is excellent. I’ve been renting for almost 2 years now and I’ve not had any problems nor complaints. The staff is always very professional, yet friendly. I love Mrs Nicole. She is awesome to do business with. She is always prompt and eager to answer questions I may have. She provides quick and easy service. I love her! The storage buildings are behind a locked gate that only renters have access to with a specialized code to get in with. My stuff is safe 100%. The storage buildings are up to date and they ate very nice. They always take care of any questions or requests I have. I definitely wouldn’t choose any other place to rent from. I recommend everyone use mini mall storage of hot springs.
