The space was nice and was easy to back my truck up to the doors to unload they had metal rolling carts to help take my belongings from the door to my storage. The prices were fair. Gave me the first 2 months free. They also have a van they allow you to use for free if needed. I was happy I came here.",

I had to move some stuff in over the weekend after office hours, and I still felt really safe being there by myself. There is tall gate surrounding the building that you need a code to get into, and you can pull your car all the way up to loading dock, open the garage door, and load your stuff onto carts. Super easy and safe!",

Because you know Covid -19. When it's been show that the virus doesn't last on objects over several hours! Take a Clorox wipe. And go spray some Hydrogen Peroxide and your done. But they say they dont know how to properly clean a van. Sad",

"text": "Tom and Eric were fantastic. They made the process painless when other storage options unfortunately only lead to frustration when speaking to their sales reps or management. They have a fully climate controlled warehouse that's both huge and provide easy transportation throughout the complex its located. If you're on the fence on working with them, or looking at other competitors in the area - they're your best solution - I guarantee you'll agree that they have one of the nicest facilities in Louisville and the pricing is more than affordable for what you're getting. Are they $5? No, but you're not paying hundreds of dollars for a run down building in a bad part of town. Everything is top notch and they've got great security procedures and equipment. I typed a lot, but I feel that they delivered more than my money's worth on this occasion and look forward to using them again in the future. Keep up the great work!",

Extra space storage was the first listing and the pricing seemed fair so I called for some info. the person on the phone connected me to the location nearest to me and when I went got there was Mike waiting for me and Showed me around and he was able to answer all my questions, including ones I didn't know I had! Everything was so new and the security seemed top of the line, I ended up leaving with the keys to my unit same day! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a place to store their things with peace of mind.",
