"text": "This has been one of my best experiences. The place I stopped to before wouldn’t listen to me and tried to sell me the highest dollar one they had which was wayyyyy to big. Came to mini mall and was greeted very professional by Doug. He showed me 3 units in 3 sizes. I explained to him what I was needing to store and he showed me the best ones that would fit my need. The other place acted like it was the biggest hassle but Mr Doug had a smile on his face the whole time. I took pictures and got prices which was WAY more affordable. I just need to talk to my husband and show him pics so we can make a decision. But we will definitely be back. The property also seems top notch secured which Mr Doug explained they never have any issues out here which put my heart and mind even more. Doug I hope you see this and I want to thank you again from the bottom of my heart. It’s so heartwarming to see people in this world that still has a heart and cares about other people.",

"text": "Moved here from out of state and Doug was amazing. Suggested good places to eat as well as things to do in the area. He went above and beyond. My real estate agent did make some suggestions but nothing compared to what he shared with our family!! I will no longer use public storage after this experience with mini mall! To know there all over the USA was a major plus if ever needed in the future I travel for work so decided to plant roots here in TN with it being the center point of my work district.\nThanks again Doug and Mini Mall storage!! You will never know the impact you left on my family and I !!!\n😊😎",

Yesterday I talked to Chris the on-site specialist about upgrading to a larger unit and he made the transition seamless. The security at the facility is also top notch, I never worry about the protection of my items.",

I ended up chatting with Copper, and wow… she was amazing. So down-to-earth, genuinely helpful, and just a joy to talk to. She treated me like I was already a customer, even though I told her upfront I was just helping someone else out.\n\nShe still took the time to break everything down, answer all my questions, and even gave me a price that was way better than anything else I’ve seen around the city. Seriously, it felt like I found a hidden gem. The place was spotless, super well-kept, and had a really calm, secure vibe.\n\nIf my friend doesn’t end up renting here, I might come back and get a unit myself when I need one. Big shoutout to Copper — she’s the kind of person who turns a quick info visit into a genuinely great experience. Highly recommend checking this place out!",

When I stopped by to look at the unit, Glenda and Levi greeted me with open arms and smiling faces. If you haven't already went to Boardwalk Storage on Sequoyah Rd, I highly recommend you do. Very professional and knew her stuff! Thank you so much for a great experience.",

"text": "HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! The lady in the office, Glenda, is very sweet and really makes you feel right at home. That sold me on renting a storage unit AND renting a uhaul. Also the office, the units and the uhauls were all clean and kept up; very nice place. Thank you Glenda for outstanding customer service! Will definitely be recommending you all to everyone I see.",
