"text": "I cannot say enough about 24-Hour Self Storage. They are super customer service oriented and just all around nice people. Every trip into the office was pleasant and any questions I had were answered immediately. The rental process was smooth and when I had to upgrade to a larger unit, they made the transition as smooth as possible. I even got friendly help when my car decided not to start when I was there!!! These are genuinely nice people, the facility is well kept, and I would (and have) recommended them to anyone. If I am ever in need of storage space again, I will head straight back there.",

"text": "My Husband and I had a flood in our basement and needed somewhere to store our stuff fast. Since it was really late, we didn't know what to do. I remembered seeing a sign in Blountville for 24 Hour Self Storage. We packed up the cars with all our stuff not really knowing what we would find once we got there. It was amazing and easy! I just picked up the phone inside the telephone booth and within minutes we were through the gate and could unload all our stuff. We finally got everything fixed and ready to close out the unit. I looked online to see how to cancel. It said take stuff out and call on your way out... So this is what we did, however I noticed on the telephone box we were calling as we left it said that cancellation had to have a 5 day notice... couldn't get a hold of anyone and had to wait for regular business hours, the operator was very understanding and refunded our charge since it was due for the next month, yet we had vacated! We loved having this storage unit! Definitely will use this business again! Fast, affordable and most of all convenient!",

"text": "This is the best place to get a storage unit. They are very clean and best of all no bugs or mice to be found. The staff is super friendly it's a family owned business so i felt great supporting small business. I didn't worry about leaving my stuff there. I had a climate control unit inside and when I went in the only ones with units in the building had codes, and the door locked behind you so I felt safe going after hours. They have other locations so check them out before you get one someplace else. If I need a storage unit again I would go with them in a heart beat. If you have any questions or concerns they were on top of it.",

"text": "Looking for the perfect place to store your goods? Somehow over time we all collect so many goods in our lives – furniture, toys, antiques, albums, photos, and paraphernalia of all kinds. And we just can’t seem to let go because they’re memories or we decide that someone might need an item again someday. So where do we go with all this stuff? We want to store it where it’s safe from all harm. Well, I can recommend the perfect place to store your precious goods whether you’re only looking for a temporary place until you can move or whether you want to store for a long period of time. I discovered 24 Hr Self Storage. This is a storage company that has several locations in the Tri Cities area. And what I want to say is that you can’t get a better deal anywhere else. I had one storage unit for ten years and added a smaller one later for six years. The benefits are superb. I had inside storage units that were climate controlled. Not one item in those ten years was damaged by moisture, pestilence, or compromised in any way. There’s no chance of flooding on the sites because they are all built on a slight grade. I see so many storage units that are sitting on low, flat ground, and I wonder about flooding. But not so at 24 Hr Self Storage. The units are easily accessible; the inside units are protected by locked doors with codes to enter, and the site is completely fenced in with a gate that closes and locks during closed hours which only customers can enter via a code, but you can rent a unit from a phone system outside the gate even when they are closed. The staff is always friendly and helpful and available. And the prices are quite reasonable. You can pay more elsewhere and get worse service or pay less but not get the excellent service either that 24 Hr Self Storage provides. I’ve rented storage in other companies in Johnson City, and I can honestly say you will not find a better storage facility in the Tri Cities area. I highly recommend considering 24 Hr Self Storage if you have short term or long term needs. Protecting your personal belongings is their highest priority. And they accomplish this with a personal touch. Look for the bright yellow doors and green roofs! 24 Hr Self Storage is where you want to go!",
