"text": "These are Very Clean and some are climate controlled. Their prices on monthly storage is best that find in the area (the piney flats location). They have great security. There are cameras all around. All the doors have codes. You have your own code into the main gate. The area is well lit at night. Would definitely recommend for anyone needing storage. And definitely no signs of any type of pest.",

"text": "The units were very clean looked like they were just built. but I know they weren't they have been here for years.\nAbout the only thing that was ever wrong was the keypad on the building does not work. And if you're directly in front of the gate and your car is not sideways the gate will open automatically without a keypad to open it. But be aware motorcyclist you could definitely be locked in the gate because apparently the trip wire for the gate to open motorcycles are not heavy enough to trip the gate to open. Other than that no problems enjoyed renting with 24 storage",

I was surpised by your observation regarding the security of our facility. We have 32 state-of-the-art HD cameras, a personal code required to enter the facility, keypad entries to our indoor storage, excellent lighting, security fencing, and regular inspections of every unit to make sure it is properly locked. Our goal is to provide excellent security for all of our occupants. If you're aware of some additional features that we should consider adding, give us a ring at 423-283-1000.

"text": "I rented from the 24 Hour Self Storage in Piney Flats for a little over two years. It is not a far drive from Johnson City, and the units out here are a great deal compared to the ones in town. The facility was always clean and I never had to worry the safety of my personal things. This is a local, American owned family company with many locations around the Tri-Cities. They were super nice and always easy to deal with! Unfortunately I had to move but I sure wish I was still with these guys!",
