I often visit during nighttime hours and always feel safe, thanks to the well-lit property and 24/7 security cameras.\n\nLindsay is a consummate professional who has always been available to answer my questions. Last year, she was instrumental in helping me sign-up with two new units. "text": "Rented a 10 x 15 climate controlled unit, from Mini Mall Storage facility located in Blountville Tennessee.\nI reserved online unknowingly through a third party app.\n**Don't use third party app for this company** the app didn't disclose all fees just said subject to change at each location.\nI spoke with Jeremy over the phone to finalize and pay for my unit.\nJeremy is awesome y'all ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!!!!\nHe was calm, professional, understanding, and reassuring through the whole process.\nSo any time you hear about an unexpected fee especially a recurring fee. You question it... Jeremy was super understanding and listened to me read everything off the web page and email that I had when making my initial reservations. The confirmation email was not sent by the storage company it was sent through from the third party website, I was unaware was third party.\nJeremy apologized and said that wasn't right and encouraged me to go to their actual web page, before making a decision to rent from their company. Yes! He totally stayed on the phone with me as I looked them up and he was right the additional fees are mentioned but the amount varies because of discounts that are available. Jeremy let me know how I can benefit from available discounts upfront. I didn't even have to ask or search for them! Jeremy went over all the expenses. Jeremy walked me through the cost of each fee; explained what each one was for also if they were recurring or a one time payment. You have no idea how refreshing it was for me to not have to ask a bunch of questions just to get this quality of information. I also loved that by the time I was ready to pay I fully understood how much I was paying, the total amount and date of recurring payments. I never been so confident doing business with a company that I never worked with before.\nAlso 10 out of 10 stars for security and cleanliness!!! Highly recommend this company 😎👍",

She was even heading home from work, but offered to meet me so I could check into my unit that night! She goes ABOVE and BEYOND for her customers! I have had 100 questions, all of which she answered very promptly…as in quick. I will never use another storage facility again, as I have in the past. "text": "Been here a couple months or so so far. Definitely one of the best if not the best storage places ive had. Mainly due to wonderful, accomodating, and easy going management. I have been working a lot with miss Lindsey over the phone, and she is incredibly kind, friendly, helpful, respectful, accommodating. Even the time or two i had to be late paying they are very understanding and will work with you. It definitely doesn't seem like they want any more trouble for you or them than necessary. Very nice easy going people. Miss Lindsey honestly stands out as a great example of how to manage a property and handle customers with care, friendliness and professionalism!\n\nAlso the property itself seems pretty chill and laid back, but enough security measures in place to feel safe. I as a lone female feel very safe even with an outdoor unit, and even at night. Decent police presense in the area. But no one bothers you. Quiet here. Other customers seem very nice and respectful. Well lit at all times. Clean units. They always keep the grounds clean. Also this is my first time renting an outdoor unit (by my own choice) and I really like how easy these are to access and how much space you get! I for one appreciate how management handles things and how they are not crazy strict or overbearing. I've seen the opposite many times and it makes for such an uncomfortortabke environment that make you feel like they don't really want you there. And even with this management approach there seems to be no trouble or bs or issues here really. Great location too this one! Not in the middle of absolute nowhere, but in a decent secluded area off the street highway. easy to get to and turn into. Close enough to stores and gas stations.\n\nGood fair prices especially compared to what ive seen. Quite a few are going for 200 or more in similar situations! Or they say they charge 100 but then after taxes and misterious fees you end up paying a lot more! I'm currently paying $100 per month (give or take a few dollars w tax or whatever, and hopefully they don't do crazy rent increases!...the last place i was at steadily went up from 100 too 200, within a couple months!) You can use your own lock or hokd onto theirs. I of course reccomend you getting your own, but they do keep your stuff secured to help if you cant right away. a good thing about this place is I was able to get the first month free and it was a big help! I also enjoyed that it’s 24 hours so I could go at night if I needed. Their price is unbeatable for the quality of the units. I actually had to make a couple late payments but it worked out really well with no problems. We just moved,so I needed to get my stuff out,but if I need to use storage again for any reason, I’m choosing this business.",

I notice that I experienced a satisfactory standard there.\nIt became personally gratifying experience because i made my trip there a time to enjoy\nthe scenery of the countryside traveling to and from there. "text": "The unit and price are great. My only complaint was that the codes weren’t made clear. I wasn’t told the temporary code for the gate nor the code for the inside door. Also, we paid for a lock, but wasn’t told how or when to get it, sonI assumes it would be in the unit. It wasn’t, so I had to go buy a lock. This was Saturday, and I had to call twice. Noah was very helpful and friendly answering my questions.",

I have always found the property to be very clean and safe, both inside and out. Security is a top priority, as the company has a gated entrance for each of their properties. The process was seamless from our check in a few years ago to recently removing our furniture. The unit was clean and easy to access, the location is great and the entire area is well lit and always feels safe. I would definitely use them again!!!",
