Very secure facility: The checking in and checking out for dropping off items was easy and worked out. I used a temperature controlled unity near the front entrance and it was well worth the price. I highly recommend and will use them again in the future!",

"text": "good customer service.\nLauren returned my phone call the same day I had left a message and she and was very helpful on the phone, and she even called back around 2 weeks before I needed the unit to let me know they still had units available for me that were climate controlled. I drove out to the office and Matt let me look at units available and got my contract signed and was kind to not rush even though it was closing time on friday when we were finishing up the contract and payment. Jeremy was also there and very kind and helpful. I hope that my review stays a 5/5 after we move furniture in.",

Lisa was so helpful and was caring trying to get us a new unit before the company came. She was able to get the same size unit climate controlled and asked the district manager for a price cut because of our inconvenience. Great asset to your company.",

He helped us every step of the way❤️ 10/10 would recommend coming down and talking to him if anyone needs a storage building!! You can't get in after 10pm, so if you're trying to runaway in the middle of the night it won't work for you... JOKE!!! Haha! And, it costs a little more than others, BUT... you get what you pay for and I wanted great not okay for my \"home\" in storage. Highly Recommend!!!",

He was very helpful to me and was able to help me understand what payments I needed and all of that he has the best customer service that I have seen in a long time you found you a winner thank you Josh for all your help",

"text": "They gave me a unit with someone else’s stuff to start with, so they had to give me another unit and they only had units more expensive but they gave me a unit anyway and said I can have it for the same price as the other one. I filled the unit halfway and the next day they said I had a bill due and cut my access to the gate and said I had to pay the remaining balance I owed when I did not owe any balance at all and I had just paid my first month the previous day. They obviously do not have good communication as I was told my rate will not go up since they had to move me to another unit. I called the next day and talked to another guy about it and he said he will take care of it all and he told me that everything was good to go. I go to the gate that night and I still do not have access and they are still asking for a balance due when I already have paid my first month and it had only been 4 days now. Very frustrating. UPDATE they were able to fix the problem the next day I would like to thank all the workers and experienced people that helped in the process to get things back on track",

"text": "Excellent experience with Storage Source one in Jonesborough! The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The unit was very clean, easy to access, and very secure. It is always well lit, has a gate, and security cameras. I never had to worry about anything in my unit.\nHaving a climate controlled storage unit with external access was great! Units I have rented in the past had climate controlled but you had to go inside the building to access your unit. Storage source one made it perfect with having the unit be climate controlled and external access!\nIf I have any future storage unit needs I will definitely be going back here!",
