"text": "I have been storing at this facility for about three years. When I first signed up, I was pleased to learn that the office crew was super friendly, professional, and glad to see me when I come in. I am certain that they would be happy to find a solution for any problem I might come across. I use a cane to get around so it is important to have a place that is safe, clean, easy to park and get in and out of my unit quickly. There is always a loading dolly near any door for easy access to loading or unloading. For safety sake, I always check the surroundings before I enter and leave. If anything seems off, I leave and return another time. This is true for any storage facility in the area and not just our Mini Mall. Overall it is a good place for storage.",

"text": "I've had some ups and downs for the past couple years and I've had to keep a lot of my belongings and personal property in the storage facility. You can say that when you stay or put your stuff in one they're all the same well I'm here to tell you they are not. They absolutely are not!! I've had modelings at 10 Federal storage and the personal experience not a very decent place to keep your stuff let's just say not safe. And then I get to mini mall storage I was in a bit of a bad luck situation The ownership of the stores facility was changing hands I can't remember the name of it before but now it is mini mall storage. The manager or shall I say general manager Kelly has been one of the most kind most understanding people that have come across in some time. I'm a veteran. I was laid on my payment she really helped me out and gave me the benefit of the doubt because all I was with her was honest. Let me tell you if you go around your life burning bridges because of little fibs or white lies here and there they catch up to you it's not worth it. 100% integrity is the way I like to live and there are rewards of kindness, respect, and just basic human decency. Kelly, and Tyler are the two wonderful people that work at this place. They understand issues, they understand hard times, they just understand basic life in general and they don't make it harder on you it's a great place to keep your stuff they have inside and outside storage units there are cameras everywhere so your safety and your personal property safety there's no question that it's going to be just fine. Aside from the price is being reasonable they work with you if you're going to be late here and there and unless you just don't want your stuff anymore You're not going to lose it as long as you let them know what's going on. If I continue to have to keep some of my things in storage even if it's just to keep one on hand I will make it a point to keep one at this facility just so I can stop in and say hi sometimes because over time it's just it feels like family for some odd reason I have no idea I can't explain it it just does. Kelly thank you so much and Tyler thank you so much for just being kind individuals thank you for listening thank you for understanding and thank you for all your help I may not be able to repay you with dollars and cents but I hope that this makes a difference in your business and make God bless the both of you and thank you for running such an outstanding, and understanding business that welcomes everyone with open arms. I wish every facility or every business could be supervised or taking care of about two people like you again thanks so much.",
